Atty. Noraiza Mae Keith M. Talbin

Head Consultant

Norai founded NMT Consulting Legal Services with one goal: to be the go-to corporate lawyer for Philippine enterprises of all sizes. With an extensive experience in corporate law, Norai focuses her practice on foreign and domestic companies with a full spectrum of corporate and commercial issues. She has experience helping clients deal with regulatory compliance, corporate governance, labor issues, employment and immigration concerns, and business incorporation.

Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2015, Norai earned her law degree from San Beda College Manila and her political science degree from the University of the Philippines.

Norai is an American Field Service Returnee who spent her exchange year in St. Louis, Missouri.

Sol Marian Torralba Mariano

Junior Associate

Sol is a Juris Doctor graduate from University of Asia and the Pacific, and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in May 2023. She also graduated Cum Laude in University of the Philippines – Diliman, with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Thereafter, she took Master of Science in Applied Mathematics in the same university.

Jed Lester Paombong

Junior Associate

Jed obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from De La Salle Lipa on 2024 and passed the 2024 Philippine Bar Examinations.

He worked as a paralegal during his time in law school and had his legal externship in the Office of the Labor Arbiter of Region IV-A.

Kit Emmanuel Badilles

Junior Associate

Kit obtained his Bachelor of Science in Legal Management from De La Salle University in Manila, and later earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Arellano University School of Law. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in December 2023.

During law school, Kit interned with the Regional Trial Court, where he contributed to the drafting of rulings and gained valuable insight into judicial processes and case resolution. He also observed court proceedings, further deepening his understanding of courtroom practice and procedure.
