Limiting Collection

The Personal Information collected will be limited to those details necessary for the purposes identified by us. Providing us with your Personal Information is always your choice. However, your decision not to provide certain information may limit our ability to provide you with advice or services that are better suited to your needs. We will not require you to consent to the collection, use, or disclosure of information as a condition to avail our service, except as required for the completion of the project/service. With your consent, we may collect Personal Information from you in person, over the telephone or by corresponding with you via e-mail.

Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

We may appoint third parties – data processors to perform some of the personal data processing operations, however only for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, on a basis of written agreement such as Data Processing Agreement in compliance with the RA No. 10173 and under statutory conditions.

Otherwise, the Company does not transfer or disclose your Personal Data to any third parties unless you have consented in writing or personally initiated the disclosure or except as required by the applicable laws.

When necessary, we may also disclose and transfer your personal information to law enforcement and regulatory agencies and other organizations to comply with legal orders.

Storage and Destruction of Personal Information

We retain and process your personal information while you engage our services. Moreover, we retain your personal information in our system at least five (5) years after the end of the relationship or the last transaction, whichever comes last to comply with regulatory requirements.

Change to this Privacy Policy

Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be communicated by us through by posting an amended and restated Privacy Policy on our website or official social media accounts. Once posted, the new Privacy Policy will be effective immediately. We will exert reasonable efforts to reach out to our clients in case there are significant changes, but we highly encourage you to review this Privacy Policy every now and then.

You agree that any information we hold about you (as described in this Privacy Policy and whether or not collected prior to or after the new Privacy Policy became effective) will be governed by the latest version of our Privacy Policy.
