Atty. Noraiza Mae Keith M. Talbin

Head Consultant

Norai founded NMT Consulting Legal Services with one goal: to be the go-to corporate lawyer for Philippine enterprises of all sizes. With an extensive experience in corporate law, Norai focuses her practice on foreign and domestic companies with a full spectrum of corporate and commercial issues. She has experience helping clients deal with regulatory compliance, corporate governance, labor issues, employment and immigration concerns, and business incorporation.

Admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2015, Norai earned her law degree from San Beda College Manila and her political science degree from the University of the Philippines.

Norai is an American Field Service Returnee who spent her exchange year in St. Louis, Missouri.

Sol Marian Torralba Mariano

Junior Associate

Sol is a Juris Doctor graduate from University of Asia and the Pacific, and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in May 2023. She also graduated Cum Laude in University of the Philippines – Diliman, with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Mathematics. Thereafter, she took Master of Science in Applied Mathematics in the same university.

Aryana Gonzales

Junior Associate

Aryana obtained her Juris Doctor degree from De La Salle University – Manila and successfully passed the 2023 Philippine Bar Examinations.

Complementing her legal credentials, she also earned a Bachelor of Science in Legal Management from the same institution. During her time in law school, Aryana distinguished herself as a certified Level 2 Law Student Practitioner, offering her insights and opinions on a range of matters such as claims for child support and land redemption. Aryana gained practical experience as a Legal Assistant at Carpo Law and Associates.

Jan Mae Abastillas

Junior Associate

Jan Mae earned her Juris Doctor degree at De La Salle Lipa and ranked fifth in her graduating class. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in December 2023.

Prior to her law studies, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Financial Management, also achieving academic distinctions at the same institution. In 2023, she successfully passed the bar examinations, showcasing her dedication and aptitude in the legal field.

She previously worked as a paralegal at Octagon Concrete Solutions Inc., handling corporate matters, and at De Mesa Law Office, handling litigation and court-related matters.

Althea Chiara Garcia

Junior Associate

Althea is a Certified Public Accountant and a lawyer. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from Ateneo de Davao University and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2023.

From the same University, she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Althea has previous experience as an associate auditor in SGV Co. and as court decongestion officer in Regional Trial Court, Mati City – Branch 5.
